Can I install the app myself and use it?
H9 projector has built-in Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and other pre-installed Apps, so that you can enjoy it directly. But please note due to the copyright issue, it can not support downloading other applications from the Appstore and using it.
When using Netflix and Prime Video, why I can’t enter the account?
Please long press the mouse button on the remote control, change the remote control mode to mouse mode, and then you can enter letters successfully.
Does the H9 projector support auto keystone?
Yes, this full HD projector can support auto keystone correction and focus. But please note auto keystone correction does not allow excessive deviations, otherwise the projection image can not be corrected normally.
Can I connect my phone to the Projector via Bluetooth function?
No. Bluetooth function only can transmit Audio, and supports connecting to Bluetooth speakers. If you want to cast your phone, please use the screen mirror function.
Does the remote control include batteries?
Due to the danger of carrying batteries, the remote does not contain batteries. Before using the projector, please prepare 2 “AAA” batteries by yourself.
