How to pair:

1. Pick up the original remote control to enter the pairing page, and click Add a new remote control. If the original remote control is not available,

please force close the original set-top box and try to pair again (the process is longer, because the original remote control will remain paired with

the set-top box, so it will affect the memory function of remote control replacement).

2. Take out the new remote control and install the batteries.

3. Press and hold the “Home” button on the new remote until the indicator light flashes (the indicator light is on the right side of the voice button),

and the pairing will be successful. If the pairing is unsuccessful, please use your phone’s Bluetooth to check if the remote is working properly.

Repeat the above 3 steps, if the phone displays the AR Bluetooth address, the remote control works normally.

THE REASON WHY IT DOES NOT WORK AFTER PAIRING:

1. It may be that there are too many devices paired with the TV’s Bluetooth, which may have some effects, such as dozens

of Bluetooth headsets connected to the mobile phone.

2. The old remote control battery has not been removed. Without removing the batteries of the old remote, the old remote is

still paired with the TV, so the new remote will not work.

How to pair the replacement remote to your TV:

Go to Settings > Controllers & Bluetooth Devices > TV Remotes > Add New remote.

Then Hold the home button on your new remote for 10 seconds and select the new remote’s name with your old remote to confirm.
